Diddy\u2019s Prison Release Date Reportedly Updated \u2014 Again<\/h3>\n

According to TMZ<\/a>, the Federal Bureau of Prisons has now pushed back Diddy\u2019s prison release date. Per Page Six<\/a>, the date has now been updated to February 20, 2028. Furthermore, the outlet reportedly reached out to the bureau for an explanation on the new date and the repeated updates. However, it has yet to hear back.<\/p>\n

Per PEOPLE<\/a>, Diddy\u2019s legal team declined to share a statement on the matter.<\/p>\n

Judge Reportedly Signs Off On Government Seizing Confiscated \u00a0Property<\/h3>\n

On Tuesday, August 4, TMZ<\/a> also published a separate report. In it, the outlet asserted that Diddy\u2019s trial judge, Arun Subramanian, signed a court order that day. Specifically, the outlet reports that the order \u201cofficially [forfeits] a bunch of property to Uncle Sam.\u201d<\/p>\n

The property reportedly includes a \u201clong list of items.\u201d This allegedly includes \u201cmultiple iPhones, iPads, hard drives \u2014 and even $9K cash seized from the Park Hyatt Hotel on September 16, 2024.\u201d As The Shade Room<\/a> previously reported, on that date, Diddy was arrested and taken into federal custody in connection with what was then a sex trafficking investigation. Additionally, in March 2024, Diddy\u2019s homes were raided<\/a>, and items were confiscated by federal agents.<\/p>\n

Per the outlet, the order reportedly signed by the judge came after no timely claim was filed against the forfeiture.<\/p>\n

Diddy\u2019s Prison Release Date Was Reportedly Updated After His Alleged Prison Fight<\/h3>\n

As The Shade Room<\/a> previously reported, last month, Diddy\u2019s prison release date was reportedly updated after he got into an alleged fight at Fort Dix. The alleged altercation allegedly took place days before July 24, and it was allegedly sparked by an argument between Diddy and another inmate.<\/p>\n

During the alleged altercation, the 56-year-old allegedly held his own. However, afterward, he was reportedly thrown into solitary confinement, per The Shade Room<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, it was then \u2014 surprisingly \u2014 revealed that his release date was updated from February 23, 2028, to January 24, 2028.<\/p>\n
